Exchange Policy

At Bella Frame, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a product with a genuine issue, we offer an exchange under the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
You received the wrong item or wrong size.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
In its original condition.
Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Mandatory Proof

To request an exchange, please email us with:

Order Number
Photos of the product
Photos of the outer package
Complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Exchange requests without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.

Exchange Process

Email us at bellaframe100@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, exchange instructions will be shared.
Once the original product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

Used, worn, or washed products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
Products with minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.

Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Bella Frame, we will bear the shipping cost.
For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
